ComLink is a not-for-profit organisation which provides care and transport services across Queensland. Conducted by Chilli’s strategic team and in partnership with key stakeholders, the organisation undertook a brand review which identified the need for consumer level sub-brands.
Essentially ComLink Limited became the parent brand which is utilised for correspondence and marketing to government agencies and potential funding partners. The end-user level sub-brands incorporated the key services of mobility, care and community, used primarily for marketing and collateral to attract volunteers, acquisitions and end-user groups.
Chilli delivered a clearly defined brand hierarchy and established visual identities for the primary and sub-brands.
