Careview is a cloud-based NDIS software that keeps critical client information at the user’s fingertips.
Like many of the customers the platform now supports, Founder Devon Hamon and his team’s journey was prompted by lived experience. As participants of the NDIS, they struggled to keep on top of how their children’s funding was being used. Noticing a gap in the market, Devon decided to build a software that would have a positive impact on other NDIS participants.
“We needed to develop a software platform that NDIS Service Providers of any size could benefit from using,” he said.
Since Careview launched in 2018, over 475 organisations have joined its customer community. As of June 2021, there were over 91,000 NDIS participants being supported through Careview.
Devon reached out to Chilli in early 2021 for some assistance with Careview’s brand and marketing. After completing an initial Marketing Accelerator Workshop with our team, Careview partnered with us for their brand and website development.
Chilli has since worked with Careview on a range of marketing activities, including graphic design, photography, video production and ongoing marketing support.
A key element of our partnership with Careview has been to modernise the brand and engage with their customers. The team has had excellent feedback on their refreshed look and digital presence, and is continuing to appeal to customers looking for more information about NDIS Plan Management software and services.
