Previously known as Kurrajong Sanctuary and Bindawalla Gardens, the Green Wattle Gardens and Green Wattle Sanctuary (together known as Green Wattle Villages) are an over 50’s lifestyle villages that have offered a unique, community atmosphere for all residents for over 25 years. Their previous brands had come quite dated and the client wanted to take the opportunity to create something modern that their residents and community will be proud of. The intention was also to increase the value of the homes and strengthen the image and reputation of their community.
The name “Green Wattle” was chosen to replace the existing village names to represent the Aboriginal history of the area (Burpengary) meaning ‘The place of the green wattle’). The Green Wattle Villages was chosen as an overarching parent brand that clearly brings the family of villages together. The new logos are fresh, contemporary, joyful and distinguishable, which ensures it stands out amongst its competitors and in the community.
The new logo was implemented across the board – new stationery, signage, traditional press advertising and social media. Chilli also helped the Green Wattle Villages to give their website a new look that reflects the brand personality.
