Darren believes every business has a story to tell and the ability to connect with their audience to drive real business growth. That’s why you will witness him listening and asking questions in the boardroom rather than presenting a stock standard presentation bragging about Chilli.
As the founder’s of Chilli, Darren and Alison have built a thriving company and attracted an incredibly passionate, highly skilled and industry-leading team of professionals. Darren encourages his team’s professional development, training and to speak up with their own ideas, creativity and views. He is a leader and mentor both within the office and with many of the Chilli clientele, welcoming new insights and challenging others to do the same.
