With over 25 years of experience in the marketing and advertising industry, and the past 17 dedicated to strategic marketing within the creative and digital arena, Danielle (Dani) brings a wealth of knowledge and creative flair to the Chilli team.

With a Bachelor of Business, majoring in Marketing, Maddi leverages her academic background and industry insights to infuse fresh, strategic perspectives into her client’s marketing initiatives. Bree is a talented and award-winning graphic designer with more than 10 years working across a range of platforms. She was an integral part of the APN editorial team before making the transition to Chilli. Bree is a great asset to our team and looks forward to getting the best results for her clients.
With a strong foundation in marketing roles, Stella brings diverse experience across sales, tech, tourism, events, childcare and customer service. Bianca is Chilli’s Marketing Strategist with seven years’ experience in social media and content creation, holding a Communications (Hons Advertising) and a Master’s in Sustainable Business.

Annie is one of Chilli’s Marketing Coordinators with seven years of experience in marketing and media communications. With a Bachelor of Business (Marketing) and a Bachelor of Creative Industries (Media & Communication) from QUT, she brings a strong mix of creativity and strategy to every project.
Millie is one of Chilli’s Marketing Coordinators with three years of experience in traditional and digital marketing. With a Bachelor of Communications (Social Media), she brings a strong mix of creativity and strategy to every project.
Callum is a Software Engineer with a Bachelor of Information Technology. Specialising in Web Development, Callum loves all things code and thrives on the creative and technical challenges of building exceptional websites.
Beau is young, dynamic, and passionate, with years of videography and editing experience. With a passion for combining new technology with video and image capture, he can take your video project to the next level.
Having shot video and still in Cape Town, through the US, and on Namotu Island in Fiji as their resident photographer, Beau boasts loads of global experience.
Jack McGrath, is our talented Hybrid Videographer and Editor at Pepper. Despite being relatively new to the industry, Jack has always had a passion for capturing special moments which can be traced back to his childhood years, when he loved playing with camcorders.
At Pepper Productions, Jack’s favourite aspect is witnessing the collaborative efforts of both Chilli and Pepper teams as they strategise with clients before, during, and after production to ensure the media gains maximum exposure.
Jesse is our in-house editor and on-the-ground shooter. He’s as comfortable behind the timeline as he is behind the lens. With a background rooted in outdoor content and an eye for storytelling, he brings calm energy, curiosity, and creative talent to every project.
He turns people’s passion into content that feels real and relatable.

Kings Beach Surf Club’s experience with Chilli has been fantastic.
