We’re on the hunt for a results-driven and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist who lives and breathes strategy, data, and creative execution. In this role, you’ll bridge the gap between digital marketing implementation and performance strategy, delivering powerful campaigns that grow brands, drive ROI, and genuinely wow our clients.
You’ll work alongside our passionate team of marketers, creatives and developers to execute digital campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and more. Your day-to-day will blend hands-on campaign management with strategic optimisation and analytics that inform smarter marketing decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Plan, build and manage paid digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, Amazon, LinkedIn, among other platforms.
- Research, implement and optimise SEM, social and display strategies to drive brand awareness, leads and conversions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support overarching digital strategies and improve performance across client portfolios.
Tracking, Analytics & Optimisation
- Implement campaign tracking through Google Tag Manager and ensure data integrity via GA4, Meta, LinkedIn, and other analytics platforms.
- Regularly analyse campaign performance, optimise in real-time, and provide actionable insights to internal teams and clients.
- Develop monthly reports with key learnings, data interpretation, and recommendations for ongoing improvement.
Cross-Team Collaboration
- Work closely with creative, content and web teams to brief in campaign assets and landing pages.
- Contribute to team knowledge by sharing trends, innovations, and learnings that elevate the agency’s digital capabilities.
- Support team members with guidance on technical implementation, platforms and best practices.
SEO & CRO Support
- Assist in the execution of on-page, technical and off-page SEO tactics.
- Identify and implement conversion optimisation improvements based on user behaviour insights.
What We’re Looking For
You are:
- Experienced (3+ years) in managing diverse digital campaigns, ideally in an agency environment.
- Google Ads and Meta certified (or willing to be).
- Proficient in campaign tracking (GA4, GTM), keyword research, pixel implementation and performance reporting.
- A critical thinker who can analyse data and turn it into real-world solutions.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Collaborative and adaptable, with strong communication skills to work across teams and with clients.
