Omnichannel Marketing – The Omn-ly way forward

Marketing is now more complicated than ever. The novelty of purchasing a drink and the transaction finishing at the counter is dead. Regulars are now taken on a journey from rewarding customer loyalty with incentives, to friendly texts about happy hours, and removing the pain of waiting in line by using the app to order and pay ahead of time. The Apple of our eye

Apple have consumers hooked. Queues out the door for the latest phone and the great Apple or Andriod debate, they have successfully synchronised the human race.
