As the founder’s of Chilli, Darren and Alison have built a thriving company and attracted an incredibly passionate, highly skilled and industry-leading team of professionals. Darren encourages his team’s professional development, training and to speak up with their own ideas, creativity and views. He is a leader and mentor both within the office and with many of the Chilli clientele, welcoming new insights and challenging others to do the same.

Kings Beach Surf Club’s experience with Chilli has been fantastic. At Chilli, they always make you feel comfortable, simply by their knowledge and experience. They are always happy for us to come into the office, sometimes on really short notice.
