Her enthusiasm and commitment to excellence play a pivotal role in advancing her client’s brand’s presence.
What Maddi loves most about Chilli is the sense of collaboration within the team and the satisfaction of seeing our clients delighted with the results of our work. She loves being able to work in an office with waterfront views of Lake Kawana, adding a touch of serenity to her environment.
Maddi finds the most enjoyment in learning about her clients’ businesses and identifying opportunities for improvement. She thrives on understanding their unique challenges and goals, and takes great satisfaction in developing tailored strategies to help them succeed. Seeing these strategies come together and deliver tangible results is what truly excites her about her role.
If given the choice, Maddi wouldn’t swap her job with anyone else within Chilli. She is very happy and fulfilled in her current role, finding great satisfaction in the work she does and the impact she makes.
Maddi’s proudest moments at Chilli are twofold. She takes immense pride in her clients achieving their business goals through the strategies she has helped develop. Witnessing their success and knowing she played a part in it is incredibly fulfilling. Maddi values her own professional growth within the company. Starting as an intern, advancing to a Marketing Coordinator, and now as a Marketing Manager, she cherishes the journey and the continuous opportunities to contribute to the team’s success.
Outside of work, Maddi enjoys going to the beach, enjoying the sunshine and catching up with friends.
